Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Product Quality Dear Team, I am very disappointed with your response. I did not use the products at all. I only washed them once because a very bad smell was coming from the clothes. I had already informed you about this issue in my previous email. After my complaint, your team confirmed that the XXL size was correct and approved. Now you are giving a completely different explanation, which is unacceptable. This is exactly the kind of problem customers face with low-quality and unbranded products sold through unreliable sources. The quality of your products is extremely poor. After a normal wash, the size shrank significantly, making the clothes unusable. I have wasted my hard-earned money on these products and received nothing but a poor customer experience. If this issue is not resolved properly, I will continue to share my honest experience and negative review on Facebook and other social media platforms so that other customers are aware of the quality and service they can expect.
